Patient Survey 2023
Between 25th May and 6th June 2023, 2350 randomly selected patients were asked to provide feedback on their experiences with Albany House Medical Centre.
Patients were invited to complete a questionnaire covering multiple areas of the Practice helping us understand what we are doing well and where improvements may be required.
The results from the survey are included below and we would like to thank all patients who took part and provided their thoughts, opinions and feedback.
Albany House Medical Centre offered 130,555 appointments across the practice between 1 April 2022 and 31 March 2023 with 12,414 unique patients receiving a consultation or generating clinical work such as requesting a follow on MED3 (“fit note”) or requesting the completion of some paperwork such as a driver’s medical from the practice. During this period a total of 1,417 patients did not arrive (DNA) for one or more appointments following it being booked, accounting for 3,340 appointments and totaling over 850 hours of wasted clinician time.
